there was nothing to like about the hotel at all, just that the location was near to 15-20 mins from some tourist locations

so many things, starting from the room there was no light in the room, just two lamps you have to manage with the bathroom or entrance lights, and the water bottle they give us was made of glass although it seems good from environmental point of view but its look like they are using these bottle from long time like refilling them but the bottle itself was old and dirty, no exhaust in the bathroom, they said we upgraded you to suit room with a window, because of light i said i want my normal room which i book, it was the same size but there was water leaking from the room, so we go with the upgraded with almost no light or less light in the room, the building was also old

Could do with a makeover but was clean needs new toilet seats and bed very hard but was clean and staff nice

I don’t like!

They changed our room without our consent under the pretext that the building is new, the building is old and is complete misery! This hotel is under all criticism! It is dirty and not cleaned well! We waited at the reception for 15 minutes to make a copy of our documents and in the end it turned out that the printer was not working! I will not recommend!

The bed is comfortable and the staff is nice

The photos shown in the app are not what they really offer you, the bathroom was dirty and there was a lot of mold on the floor, sink and mirrors, the walls and furniture were very worn. The room is acceptable but very dirty

Disappointing

I’d booked twin beds with balcony and garden view. The room I was given had a king size bed, no balcony, and no garden view. Reception was not helpful.

Too many mosquitoes—my kids woke up every morning with bites and pimples on their faces. No staff to assist with luggage or any kind of help. Horror hotel, dont go- save your money!

It wasnt clean, everywhere was mold. The shower didnt drain and the rooms are very old. Not worth your money. I dont understand how this hotel scores 3 stars, if you care about your health please dont go here. The AC also had mold, we stayed for 1 night for the airport and im already sick.

Not Worth the PriceI was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The location wasn’t as convenient as expected, and the room quality did not match the price I paid. For the amount charged, I expected better comfort, amenities, and overall value. Unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. Wouldn’t recommend it for the price.

Fair price for Bangkok. Room tired but clean so that was okay and expected.Location good for sightseeing and it was quiet. We walked to locations in Old town easily but you could have got bus or used a taxi.

As above room tired and flaking paint but it wasn't expensive so was happy overall.

Nice room with small veranda looking onto koi fish pond and seating area.Lovely staff and even got me into my hotel room earlier than check in which was a lovely gesture.7-11 across the road very handy

Bit noisy at night people sitting in outside seating area forget some people are sleeping.Crossing road to 7-11 wow during peak times it's a race track.

I would like to stop restricting the swimming pool's operating hours. I think that the hotel will allow customers to swim in the pool in the late evening or early morning after working/traveling all day.

The breakfast isn’t bad. The bed is comfortable and overall it’s a clean enough place. They provide you with plenty of water every day, soap, shampoo & conditioner as well as towels. One of the receptionists speaks very good English and is very friendly!

Some of the staff couldn’t speak English at all and that can be very frustrating and confusing. They must be taught English.

The property has a greenery courtyard which was welcoming quiet and peaceful from the bustling main road. The room was comfortable and a good size for 2 twin beds. Amenities and facilities was sufficient for the week-long stay. Good price. Trang is an easy to walk to the UNCC and UN ESCAP.There are several local temples, 7-11s and local Thai eateries in the vicinity – we especially enjoyed the pad Thai (with huge prawns) and mussels omelette at Siriwan; beef noodles at Ten Suns a Michelin-star eatery; the Thai meals in the 7-11s are a good selection too). In the evenings, we discovered hawker stalls set up on the pavement just around the corner with an array of local Thai treats and simple meals).
